What if managing just four areas of your life in a more meaningful way could substantially increase your happiness? (And bonus: What if it could also decrease your waistline?) What if analyzing four simple categories could make you less stressed—and increase your levels of intimacy?

I formulated a simple diagnostic tool, based on research and my own analyses, to help people understand their problems with clarity. After all, diagnosis is the first and often most important task to promote change. I mean, if you don’t even know the problem (aka: your own shit), how can you fix it?

I’ve found that naming your truth—and then identifying how you handle four areas of life—are the first steps to improving your overall contentment and wellbeing.

I call it PACE™.

It’s an acronym that stands for:

  • Pleasure
  • Accomplishment
  • Connection
  • Exercise

If these four areas are in balance for you—given your own personality and needs, given the shit you come to the table with—it is certain your life will improve. And if the four areas are out of balance, you will struggle.

Living with PACE™ can be life changing. Will you join me?
