The motivation for this week’s podcast was curiosity! A sweet woman who works out at the same gym I do started to shrink rapidly before my eyes over the past three months. The change was dramatic. Not just the weight loss, I was seeing other changes too. Her skin was glowing. She smiled more. I had to know what was happening! So, one day in the locker room, I asked if I could interview her. This week, Tammy Stephenson, will tell her story of weight loss and big behavioral change. The craziest thing? She works out just 35 minutes a day but lost 25 pounds in 3 months!
